Testing Notes

The ensemble of two powerful herbal roots (Ginger & Mulethi) with the goodness of Tulsi, in good measure, allows it a slightly sweetish undertone with a complexity of fragrance lending it a light-yellow hue that tends to entertain our senses. This ginger mulethi green tea could be enjoyed any time of the day and brings about a cooling sensation.
Steep it for at least 3 minutes for the first infusion & an additional 45 seconds for every subsequent infusion, up to 4 infusions. Ideal brewing temperature is c. 80o Celsius i.e. well below the boiling point to avoid burning of green tea leaves and to conserve its benefits.
Keep the infused ginger mulethi green tea leaves in an airtight jar refrigerated for later infusions preferably the same day.
