Testing Notes

This extraordinary unalloyed fermented black orthodox whole leaf tea is a burst of energy in bright golden color with a very pleasant astringency, appreciated better when you swish the sip in your mouth with your tongue. It could be relished any time of the day.
Steep it for 3 to 4 minutes on its first infusion & an additional 45 seconds for every subsequent infusion, up to 4 infusions. Ideal brewing temperature is c. 90o – 95o Celsius i.e. just below the boiling point to avoid burning of black tea leaves and to conserve its health benefits.
Keep the infused tea leaves in an airtight jar refrigerated for later infusions preferably the same day.
