Tabbouleh Salad

Three Bean Salad 

15 oz cooked kidney 

15 oz black beans 

15 oz cooked cannelini beans 

1 medium celery rib 

1/2 medium onion 

1 bunch parsley 


3 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon 

Salt to taste 

1/2 tsp cumin 

2 garlic cloves 

A pinch of cayenne 


Prep- dice the celery  onions,and parsley,set aside ,thoroughly rinse the three beans and cook them separately till tender

Make the dressing 

Add olive oil ,vinegar ,minced garlic, cumin salt pepper and a pinch of cayenne to the mason jar and shake well until all ingredients are incorporated 

Place all the 3 beans in a large bowl then add the cooked veggies pour in the dressing cool and serve
