We at Wholistic You is an exclusive marketplace for food which are organic, vegan and are healthier alternatives to processed food. We bring you local , handmade sustainable food and home products which are eco friendly and made in the most natural way. As we believe that a person needs to have a complete guide to bring about the lifestyle change , we have professionals guiding you as a lifestyle coach and nutritionists too.

  • DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES ON WHOLISTIC YOU?
    • It is not mandatory to create an account to shop with us but creating an account will help in an easier and faster checkout when you shop with us again.

  • I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
    • No problem. At the time of logging into your account, click on ‘Lost Password’. You will be sent a link on your registered email ID to change your password.

  • WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    • Your name
    • Your billing & shipping address with pin code.
    • Your email ID to receive the order confirmation and shipment tracking details
    • Your mobile number
    • Payment information according to the mode of payment selected
  • I’m having problems placing an order. What do I do?
    • Follow these steps:

      1. After adding your desired product(s) to your cart, click on the cart to view it.
      2. Get an option to inform us of any specific order instruction!
      3. Opt for check-out.
      4. Fill in required details like your name, the shipping & payment address, contact info, etc.
      5. Select the payment mode and place your order! You will receive a system-generated email confirmation with the order details.

  • How do I track an order?
    • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email & a text message on your given phone number which will include a tracking number. You can enter that number on our tracking page to track your package on its journey.

  • Can I add to/change or cancel an existing order?
    • After placing the order there will be a 1 hour time for cancelling your order. Within 1 hour if you want to modify an order, simply cancel it and re-order.

  • Do you offer free Delivery?
    • Yes, indeed!
      Free shipping on orders over INR1000.

  • My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. What should I do?
    • Please note that unforeseen weather can cause unexpected delays in delivery. In addition, during holidays, estimated delivery times might be longer than usual. If your delivery did not arrive when expected, please contact us at or email us at [email protected] and we will gladly assist.

  • How do I find a specific product?
    • You can use the search function on our website, located at the right of our top menu. Search by keywords, brand names, or categories!

  • Where do we ship to!
    • We deliver on Pan India basis. Though some products are for Kolkata only as they are freshly made to order.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • Can I return / cancel a product I purchased?
    • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items may be exchanged. Exchanges / returns are valid for 03 days from the order delivery . Refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Your return request should meet the following conditions to be accepted:

    • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
    • Actual pictures of the products showing the issues with the product received
    • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
    • Brand packaging should be intact
    • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time
    • After reviewing  the details shared our team will confirm if it is eligible for return as per our Returns Policy.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR A RETURNED ORDER?
    • If eligible as per the return policy ,refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receiving the returned goods. For any inconvenience write to us @ [email protected] Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects. The email must be sent within 3 days of receipt of the product. After that the request will not be accepted. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund. Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This cost will have to be borne by you. Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of manufacturing defect), we will contact you to arrange a pickup. In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.

  • WHEN WILL THE RETURN/EXCHANGE OF MY ORDER TAKE PLACE?
    • The time taken for returns and exchanges may vary from brand to brand or seller to seller.
