RETURN/CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot exchange or accept returns on food products.
Non-perishable items may be exchanged. (Subject to final verification of the product by the team of Wholistic You).
Time period for Exchanges / returns are valid for only for 03 days from the date of order delivery. Refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
While we wouldn’t want you to cancel your order, we will accept cancellations till 30 minutes after the order is placed .
ABOUT THE PRODUCT RETURN / Exchange- Your return request should meet the following conditions to be accepted:

- The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with original bills, tags, labels etc.
- Actual pictures of the products and unpacking video to be enclosed showing the issues with the product received.
- Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
- Brand packaging should be intact
- Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
- After reviewing the details shared our team will confirm if it is eligible for return as per our Returns Policy. (The decision of our team shall be final and binding.)
- Once we receive the return and the product is in accordance with our returns policy we will process your refund in 2-3 working days. We will intimidate you regarding the same.
- Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects.
- The email must be sent within 3 days of receipt of the product. After that the request will not be accepted and / or entertained.
- If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund and as per our Returns Policy.
- Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This cost will have to be borne by you.
- Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of manufacturing defect), we will contact you to arrange a pickup. In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.
