Chilli Garlic Zoodles
Chilli Garlic Zoodles Ingredients:
Zucchini- 2 large
Garlic- 1 tsp
Chilli sauce/chilli paste- 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Pink Himalayan Salt – as per taste
Freshly ground pepper- 1 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp ( if required )
Use a spiralizer to thinly cut two large Zucchinis
or thinly slice it finger shaped with a knife.
Add some pink Himalayan salt and set aside for the water to drain.
In a bowl mix two table spoons of soya sauce, one teaspoon of garlic paste, one teaspoon of chilli sauce, one teaspoon of honey, and mix well.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the sauce and bring to a light boil. Dab the Zoodles dry and add to the pan and cook.
Serve hot
