Cauliflower Rice Pulaw
Cauliflower rice, perfect for practically any dish that calls for brown or white rice!
low-carb, low-calorie alternative.
Ingredients:
Grated cauliflower- 250 grams
A2 Ghee – 5 grams
Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Green peas – 20 grams
Himalayan pink salt – According to taste
Stevia powder- According to taste
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Cardamom- 2 ,crushed little
Bay leaf – 1 leaf
Instruction:
1.Wash a fresh cauliflower. Cut it in big chunk. You can grate it using manual hand grater or food processor. Don’t overdo it as it will turn mushy. Keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a nonstick kadai. Add bay leaf , Cinnamon and Cardamom. Add green peas and sauté little .
3. Now Add the grated cauliflower. Stir for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
4. Add garam masala powder and seaso ingredients.
5. Your healthy and tasty pulaw is ready.
