Kharo

The virtues of holistic development are all about nurturing a pure mind, body and soul. Preaching the great shloka, from the Upanishads- “Tat Tvam Asi”, which is the union of the individual with Universal Absolute. In the current era of westernisation, the need of the hour is to retrospect and revisit what our Indian traditional ethos have affirmed.

Where It All Began –  Nature and Purity is an aspect of the Divine. Our first step towards fostering a pure and healthy lifestyle was launching AYURnest, an Ayurvedic Polyclinic with complete authentic Panchakarma facilities  in the year 2016. The age old institution of Ayurveda gives paramount emphasis to pure and clean eating.

Our CORE VALUES –  They say we are what we eat. While the conventional trends are highly focussed on piquancy and instant gratification- the onus of our vitality and nourishment is often lost. The perceived healthy lifestyle is constituted by a set of values & ethical standards; and fuelled through nutrients, flavours and food texture. Kharo is an embodiment of these ideologies.
